These Terms and Conditions refer to the entire agreement between AVD
Australia Pty Ltd ABN 24 786 413 284 (AVD) and the person, business or
company (the Customer) that is purchaser of our products.
Pricing & GST
Note that all prices quoted for AVD SOLUTIONS exclude GST (Goods and
Services Tax); a rate of 10% applies for all goods sold within
Australia.
GST is not payable on orders delivered outside Australia,
and will not be applied when you place your order.
Payment Options
All payments are to be made in Australian dollars.
We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa Card and American Express - please note Credit Card surcharges apply.
Delivery Charges
Software only solutions do not incur delivery charges. Delivery is via softcopy
delivered to a valid email address only.
Delivery charges for one hardware solution to anywhere in Australia approximately AU$50.00
(ex GST) and approximately AU$160.00 (GST free) to the rest of the world.
Charges are based on the weight of purchase and delivery
location. We will advise freight costs for you to accept, prior to
your order being processed.
For multiple hardware solutions please email us with your request
and delivery address. We will advise freight costs for you to accept,
prior to your order being processed.
If multiple products are ordered, we will hold your order until all
products can be shipped at the one time. If you have an urgent need and
request separate deliveries, freight for each delivery will be charged.
Please note, goods cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes in
Australia or internationally. Goods can only be delivered to a person
at a Street address, as Proof of Delivery Signature is required.
Australian Deliveries
Goods to Australian locations are sent via Pack and Send.
International Deliveries
Deliveries to destinations outside Australia are sent via DHL.
Please note that some countries may charge customers duties or local taxes on the
'import' of parcels from time-to-time. As these charges are the
responsibility of the Customer, please check the customs service in
your destination country to see if charges are applicable.
Delivery Periods
Once processed, Australian orders should be received within 5 working days.
International orders should be received within 5 to 9 working days of processing.
Please refer to your confirmation email to access your order status online.
If items are not in stock, we will advise you of their anticipated arrival times, and seek delivery instructions.
Returns
Please take care when ordering as emailed software cannot be returned.
It is essential that you ensure that you have the correct operating
system installed prior to ordering.
We will accept returns and offer a refund or exchange for hardware
solutions up to 14 days after your receive your order. The date
recorded on your Proof of Delivery Signature will count as day one.
Cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the Customer and
AVD will not be liable for any damage or defect of the products caused
by improper storage, transport, neglect, abuse or improper use,
installation or maintenance.
Cancellation of Orders
We will accept cancellation of your order, providing you contact us
before you receive email notification that your order has been
dispatched from our office.
Warranty
Products sold by AVD are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. To the
extent permitted by law, AVD’s entire responsibility with respect to
warranties for the products is to pass on to the Customer the benefit
of such warranties.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AVD will not be liable to the Customer or any
other person, under any circumstances, for any loss of use, profit, revenue,
interest, goodwill or data as a result of the supply, performance or use of
