AMX - Pronto Interface Manual AMX-Pronto Interface module provides a software interface to integrate Philips Pronto Remote controllers to an AMX control system. The communication between Philips Pronto Remote controllers and the AMX system is established with a TCP/IP connection. It is assumed the user has a sound understanding of networking concepts and common protocols such as  TCP/IP. Familiarity with the “ProntoEdit Professional” software is necessary and must have the ability to configure a Pronto Remote controller. Current implementation of the module supports button presses from Pronto Remote controllers, triggering the AMX touch panel buttons and feed back from AMX touch panel channel feedback to be displayed on the Pronto Remote. This solution requires a working AMX system with AMX touch panel/s and AMX Netlinx processor/s and fully operational Philips Pronto 9400 -9600-9800 remote controllers.
