This beautifully, modern residence in the heart of Sydney city, boasts exceptional floor to ceiling views of the harbour, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the city skyline. The apartment is a total of 250 sq. metres and occupies two floors of an historic building in on of Sydney’s prime foreshore locations.
The brief: “All systems are to be integrated seamlessly and not to be obviously seen in the space”. The ever-travelling client also wanted the ability to “control and monitor the system from anywhere in the world”.
Due to the lack of space afforded in the apartment, our distribution room was set up under the staircase in a dedicated temperature-controlled location. The two bedroom/three bathroom/study/kitchen/large dining/and living split over two levels is all seamlessly integrated. The systems integration consisted of multi room audio to 11 areas, floor plan control system/HVAC/floor heating/security/and remote access and monitoring, as well as multi-media and streaming capabilities through 6 locations.
